ContainerDays NYC 2015 update

Slides and videos online, Workshop follow-ups and more

Slides and videos online

We now have all the session recordings from ContainerDays NYC 2015online:

For a few of the recordings, we struggled unsuccessfully to find a contrast setting that makes the slides readable. The video descriptions contain links to the slides, where available, and hopefully the quality overall is manageable.

Links to the videos and accompanying slides are also included in the programme and overview.

Workshop follow-ups

Here a couple of follow-up messages for those who attended the Docker 101 – Get Developing and Containers: Beyond the Basics workshops.

From Boyd: “You can share the Docker 101 – Get Developing workshop with friends or colleagues, or review the material, by following the self-guided blog post.”

From Andrew and Scott: “The slides for the Containers: Beyond the Basics workshop are available on Speakerdeck, and the GitHub repositoryhas the scripts and files needed for the tasks. Any of the workshop attendees (or even those who didn’t make it) who would like a Clocker T-shirt (or stylish hat) should email us with your shirt size and contact details and we’ll make sure you get one. Feel free to ask any questions you still have!”

Feedback reminder

Thanks to everyone who responded to our short survey on what we can do better for a potential ContainerDays NYC next year.

If you haven’t had a chance to give your feedback yet, please take a minute to do so: your input will really help us make the next event better for all.

The 6 short feedback questions cover:

  • Programme content and balance
  • Your takeaways
  • Again next year?
