James Falkner
Description James Falkner is a technology evangelist, teacher, learner, author and dedicated to open source and open computing. He works at Red Hat as a technical marketing director for Red Hat's cloud native application runtimes and loves learning from others, and occasionally teaching at conferences. He's been doing this for the last two decades, and is a Computer Engineering graduate of the University of Florida.
  
Description Douglas Fallstrom, co-founder and SVP of Products & Operations, is a seasoned professional with 25 years of experience in enterprise storage and is responsible for the productization of Hammerspace and general operations of the business. Douglas takes tremendous pride in building successful teams to bring enterprise-ready products to market. Before Hammerspace, Douglas held leadership roles with industry leaders including Coho Data, Symantec, VERITAS Software, and Sun Microsystems.
  
Description Arsalan Farooq is a technologist, entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry who is currently CEO of Netifi, as well as a startup advisor and coach at The Alchemist Accelerator. Previously, Arsalan was the co-founder and CEO of Convirture, software for virtualized and cloud infrastructure that was acquired by Accelerite. Before that, he founded Oracle’s Application Service Level Management division, growing it from two engineers to a multi-national organization. Arsalan holds degrees in Theoretical Physics and Computer Science from Reed College and Caltech.
 
Description Instana Technical Director and APM Strategist Chris Farrell has over 15 years of experience in Application Monitoring and Management. As the first Product Management Director at Wily Technology, Chris helped launch the APM industry in 2000. Since then, Chris has led Marketing and / or Product Management for 5 other APM and Systems Management ventures, including solutions currently marketed by Microsoft, Computer Associates, Oracle and VMware. With BSEE and MBA degrees from Duke University, and experience as a ThinkPad Development Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer at IBM, Chris brings a unique perspective that includes a cross-section of both business and technical insights.
Paul Ferrill
Description Flynn is a technology evangelist at Buoyant, working on spreading the good word about Linkerd - the graduated CNCF service mesh that makes the fundamental tools for software security and reliability freely available to every engineer - and about Kubernetes and cloud-native development in general. Flynn is also the original author and a maintainer of the Emissary-ingress API gateway, also a CNCF project.
Matthew Fornaciari
Description Matt is Co-Founder and CTO of Gremlin. Previously, he was a Senior Platform Engineer at Salesforce, where he led the charge to bolster the experience of viewing and editing each and every record. Before that he improved the reliability and customer experience of the Amazon Retail website, where he founded the ’Fatals‘ team which reduced the number of website errors by half in its first year.
 
Description Paul is an experienced open source software executive, who previously co-founded WSO2. As CTO he helped build WSO2 into a highly successful profitable Open Source company with recurring revenues of more than $45m, 600 employees and over 500 enterprise customers.
Description Erik is COO at Tetrate where he brings more than 25 years of marketing, sales and product experience. He has significant knowledge in cloud infrastructure, application development, open source, and security software for both software startups as well as large enterprise software companies. Prior to Tetrate, Erik was CMO at Puppet, SVP of Cloud, Product and Integrated Marketing at VMware, and has held senior marketing positions at MongoDB, HP Software, BEA and other start-ups.
Description Scott is the Founder and CEO of OpsCruise. He brings in several decades of executive management, product and sales experience. Previously, Scott was the EVP of Products & Corporate Development at Infoblox where he led the expansion into cybersecurity and the transformation to SaaS. Prior to Infoblox, he spent more than a decade as a GM/P&L leader of several infrastructure application businesses at HP Software and BMC. He also has early career start-up experience and on-the-ground roles in Europe and India. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a MBA from UC Davis.
